Either He Needs Glasses, Or I Need To Sweep My Floor

Last night after dinner as I was putting dishes in the dishwasher, I hear Hunter say...

There's a penny on the floor!

A penny? Why is there a penny on the floor up against the baseboards? Good thing Hunter saw it or Carter would have put it in his mouth. (I'll be glad when this stage is over)

Hunter - Never mind. It's only dust.

Maybe I should spend this rainy day cleaning my floors.

Hello, I just came across your blog.... while looking for other 'all boy' families.

I just spent all day cleaning our floors... for the same reason. Ozzie always seems to find everything he shouldn't have on the floor.

You have a beautiful family

It is sooo hard to keep my floors clean right now with all the crazy bathroom remodel dust everywhere, so I can relate. Does not help when you have a little one willing to put anything in his mouth, does it?

Oh my gosh that is too funny. And yes, the world is a much better place when baby stops putting everything in his mouth.

You could suggest that HE wipe up the dust! ; )

I cannot tell you how much crap I swept up from the kitchen floor today. UGH!

Today Charlie sent a hot wheels car under the TV, and after fishing it out noticed that he had pulled out a few big dust balls along with it. He started to walk off when I said, "Hey buddy, pick that yucky stuff up. Don't just leave it on the floor like that." He ran back over and pushed it all back under the TV. I started to protest, but then just thought, "oh well". Is that bad? :)
